Customers have the chance to modify or cancel their order before the items are set for delivery. If a customer wants to cancel at any time, the package can be canceled upon delivery after paying the delivery charge.

Every watch at thewristlab.com is associated with a 1-year warranty after purchase. The warranty covers any abnormality in the mechanism of the watch. External damages of any type are not covered by the warranty service, including:
water/ moisture damage
strap/ band and case damage
glass damage
empty batteries
Any other external physical damage thewristlab.com does not cover the warranties of watches purchased from a third party.
Our return policy is effective only in two cases:
If the delivered item does not match the ordered item, a gift card with the full amount of the purchase and shipping fees will be offered to the customer valid for 6 months from the issued date.
If the delivered item is damaged, a full refund of the item will be offered if the customer does not wish an exchange excluding the original shipping and handling that is paid on the order.
In any case thewristlab.com should be contacted within three business days. The customer should hold onto the shipping box for inspections by the company. If the item is not received at all, thewristlab.com should be contacted after 10 days from setting the order.

Do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.

Our exchange policy includes the following conditions:
Exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
The exchange period is 7 days after receiving the order.
The exchange process will take up to 14 days. Prior to sending the new items, exchanged items will be withdrawn and checked at thewrsitlab.com‘s office.
The customer must pay all the delivery charges included in the exchange process.
New items should be the minimum amount of the exchanged items. The customer must pay any difference in prices.
All Exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Any item used, altered or with missing parts will be refused to be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

After an order is set, cancellation options are not available.
Orders undeliverable by DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled once received and processed by thewristlab.com.

Most international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer may contact his local customs office for details. All packages will be shipped via DHL.
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/e-buyer. The consignee authorizes the thewristlab.com to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that thewristlab.com may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (DHL). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
thewristlab.com is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from DHL to the local carrier in the designated country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the country of origin.

In any case an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before product replacement is executed by thewristlab.com. The customer should contact thewristlab.com within three business days of delivery to conduct an insurance claim. The customer should hold onto the shipping box for inspections by the insurance company. Once the insurance claim has been finalized, the customer will have one of two options. Either the product purchased is replaced by a new one, or a gift voucher is offered valid 6 months from the issued date. If the item is not received at all, thewristlab.com should be contacted after 30 days from setting the order.

Our Gift Cards include unique numbers and configurable patterns.
Gift Cards ordered through our Website will be delivered to the address you specify at the time of order.
Our Gift Cards must be redeemed on our Website, as full or part payment of products from our Website.
A Gift Card cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Card.
A Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
When ordering a Gift Card, you should ensure to enter the address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Card.
You can check the balance of the Gift Card by sending an email to info@thewristlab.com including the 16 digit card number.
All Gift Cards are dated and expire 6 months from the date of issue. Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
Items purchased by a Gift Card cannot be exchanged or refunded by cash in part or full.
We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
The management retains the right to reject any card that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
